Quality policy

Quality always comes first.

We are aware that product quality is one of the decisive factors leading to the satisfaction of our customers. That is why we have set high demands on all raw materials and the entire production process.

Everything starts with a careful selection of raw materials and cooperation with proven suppliers. Unless the received raw materials pass through our laboratory tests, they cannot be used in production. We also compare finished products with the set standards. We taste each manufactured batch and also assess the physical properties of the products applying simple and fast methods.

During production itself each product undergoes an X-ray scan and is also individually weighed. The whole process takes place in a controlled environment (humidity, temperature), so that the quality is always 100 %.

We regularly perform internal audits of set quality and health safety systems as well as audits at our key suppliers.
