Single portion bag of CHOCCO CREAM 32 g CHOCCO CREAM WHITE 30 g CHOCCO CREAM MOCHA 27 g + 150 ml of boiled water or milk = 1 ready drink Whole bag of CHOCCO CREAM + 3 litres of boiled water
Put the mixture of Chocco Cream to the cup, add 150 ml of boiled water or milk and stir up properly with handy mixer, small whisk or spoon until achieving of dense creamy chocolate. Preparation in the chocolate maker: Into the bucket with warm water pour required quantity of mixture and stir it properly. Always pour a mixture into the water, not flow water into the mixture. Stirred mixture with water flow into the chocolate maker, thermoregulator set up on maximum and start turning. After 10 minutes of maximum thermoregulation, reduce a temperature to 60 °C. Thickening comes with temperature degressivity, so wait when a beverage temperature is about 50 – 60 °C. When stiring, do not use sharp tools.
Tips for decoration: You can turn profit from decoration of Chocco Cream by sprinkling with grated coconuts, nuts, chocolate or add biscuit or cracker.
