AG FOODS Group became holder of AG FOODS SK

AG FOODS Group, joint stock company, became 100% holder of AG FOODS SK, limited company.

Company AG FOODS, joint stock company, informs that on 7th January 2008 bought from Ing. Dušan Čech 30% share of AG FOODS SK, limited company. From this date, Ing. Dušan Čech left his position as Executive head of the company and Executive director in AG FOOD SK, limited company. We thank to Mr. Čech for almost 12 years of perfect work and credit of establishment representation of AG FOODS Group in Slovakia.

Currently, Mrs. Kamila Mizeráková was established as Executive head (working before as economist) of AG FOODS SK, limited company. Also, Mr. Ing. Dušan Polóny was established as Executive director (working before as sales director) of AG FOODS SK, limited company.
